54th Damascus International Fair

15th -22nd Aug,2008

JEDCO has finished the preparation for the Jordanian participation at the 54th Damascus international Fair which will be during the period15th – 22nd Aug, 2008, a total  of 21 companies from all  sectors are participating at this fair.

The number of Jordanian participated companies is 21 company from different sectors.

 

 Tunisia Exhibition

24th Oct - 2nd Nov, 2008.

JEDCO is organizing the Jordanian Pavilion at the international Tunisia exhibition, which will take place in Tunisia during the period 24th Oct - 2nd Nov, 2008, and it is expected that 20 Jordanian companies from all sectors will participate at the exhibition.

Jordan has signed a bilateral agreement with Tunisia, the most important recent agreement is Agadeer which helps Jordanian & Tunisia exports to penetrate  European markets.

 

The Big 5 Show

23rd   – 27th Nov 2008

JEDCO has finalized all the preparation for the Jordanian participation at the  Big 5 Show, which will be held in Dubai during the period 23rd – 27th Nov 2008.

This trade fair is specialized in the  construction industries and covers seven sub sector: building material, water technology, cooling, glasses & mineral, marble, Ceramic Industries, and granite.

More than 52 countries participates annually, and the number of visitors is expected to reach around 50.000 visitor. 

 

18th INDEX Exhibition

3rd – 7th Dec, 2008

JEDCO organizes the Jordanian participation at the 18th INDEX Exhibition, which will be held in Dubai during the period 3rd – 7th Dec, 2008.

This trade fair is considered one of the most important international trade fair specialized in Furniture, which provides good export opportunities in Gulf countries and European markets.

More than 60 countries participates annually, and the Expected number of visitors is expected to reach around 35000 visitors this year .

 

Expo Zaragoza 2008

His Majesty Khwan Carlos, King of Spain, announced the official opening of Expo Zaragoza that will be held in the period between 14/6 till 14/9/2008 with the theme “Adequate and Clean Water Resources Are Imperative for Development.” Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation CEO and exhibition Commissioner, Eng. Yarub Qudah, escorted His Majesty during the opening.

More than 100 countries along with Jordan participate in this exhibition. JE coordinates the organizing of Jordan’s pavilion.

JEDCO Signed a Cooperation Protocol with the Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers within the conference  of activating Arab common market

On Wednesday, 23/7/2008 the conference  of activating Arab common market  Held in Amman , to open a  new prospects for exports and imports between the Arab countries and  to develop  trade relations between them ,  in achieving economic objectives in accordance to  the  globalization .


Within  this conference JEDCO has been  Signed a cooperation protocol with the federation of Arab exporters and importers to support the development of trade exchange between Arab countries and to open  broad prospects for Arab exports in all sectors within the framework of joint Arab action.

The Hungarian Food and Beverage Tasting and Match-Making Business Forum

Under the Patronage of HE the Hungarian Minister of Agriculture, The Hungarian Collective Agricultural Marketing Center in cooperation with Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation holds the second Hungarian Business Forum on June 19th, 2008 at the Radisson SAS Hotel.

Fifteen Hungarian firms will participate and display their food industry related products in a food and beverage tasting exhibition, that include: mineral water, juices, juices with fibers, fruit and vegetable chips, energy drinks, sterilized vegetables, processed fruits and vegetables, Hungarian wine, and different kinds of cheeses etc. This forum is an opportunity for Hungarian businessmen to meet their Jordanian counterparts and strengthen the bilateral relationship.
