What is Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation?

Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JE) was founded in 2003. It started working as the legal successor of the Jordan Export Development and Commercial Centers Corporation on 1st of April, 2005.  The two programs of Jordan Upgrading and Modernization Program (JUMP) and the Jordanian European Export Program were merged with the corporation in the year 2006. The corporation enjoys a legal personality with financial and administrative independence and has the right to own (possess) moveable and immoveable properties. The corporation has the right to perform all necessary actions to achieve its objectives as per the expansion of its main tasks according to the law of 2003 that made it include:

1. The development of economic projects to sponsor, care, support and enable projects competitiveness, growth and development locally and globally (industrial, service, and agricultural) in the Kingdom.
2. To promote products in international markets, and to increase volume of exports and export opportunities.
