The Saudi Council of Ministers has approved a cooperation memorandum between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, represented by the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), in the field of supporting and developing SMEs and entrepreneurship.
The Council reviewed the overall discussions that took place over the past days with different countries around the world, aiming to enhance relationships and cooperation into more prosperous and progressive prospects; supporting mutual interests and serving bilateral and multilateral coordination towards international challenges.
In this context, the Council discussed the results of the Saudi Kingdom's participation in meetings held under the G20 group framework, including the highlighting of its efforts and initiatives supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals, economic progress, and enhancing global responses to humanitarian issues.
The Council of Ministers reviewed the topics on its agenda, including those studied by the Shura Council. It also reviewed the conclusions reached by the Political and Security Affairs Council, the Economic and Development Affairs Council, the General Committee and the Experts Committee in the Council of Ministers regarding these matters.
